Fall Capsule Wardrobe: Week Four Outfits

Monday: Sweatshirt + Denim Jacket + Ecru Denim + Sneakers

I wanted a casual and comfortable outfit for a busy Monday. I layered a white tee under my sweatshirt to make this outfit a bit warmer. To finish off this look, I added this sling bag which is perfect for a mom-on-the-go. It fits all the essentials plus more.

Tuesday: Striped Sweater + Black Pants + Mary Janes

Combining black and brown used to be a fashion no-no, but it’s actually one of my favorite color combinations of the moment. I also added a pop of red with my Mary Jane ballet flats.

Wednesday: Fitted Sweater + Black Jeans + Brown Boots + Trench Coat

I always feel so polished when I wear my trench coat with a pair of heeled boots. So very Parisian! I loved it so much, I wore a similar outfit the next day.

Another Parisian inspired look, this simple outfit is one I wear often. It combines a plain black tee, trench coat, wide leg jeans, and black boots. This outfit uniform always works!

Friday: Beige Sweater + Black Jeans + Loafers

I wore this simple sweater and jeans look for another day I was prioritizing comfort. I added a pair of loafers to dress it up a bit. I love how the cream color of the sweater really pops with the black jeans.

Saturday: White Blouse + Overalls + Ballet Flats

I’m so glad I included these overalls in my capsule wardrobe even though they are a bit out of my usual style. They are so comfortable with no waist cinching and loose and baggy fit. Great for days you don’t want to wear anything tight. To dress them up, I paired these overalls with a white blouse and woven ballet flats.

Sunday: Fitted Sweater + Denim Jacket + Wide Leg Jeans + Brown Boots

I always love a denim on denim look. For this one, instead of leaving my jacket unbuttoned, I buttoned the middle three buttons and left the two bottom undone. I think it makes for a cool, streamlined look.
