If you been around here, you know that I love trying new recipes, and lately I’ve been pinning some yummy looking summer dinner recipes on Pinterest. I love the foods of summer – burgers, BBQ, fresh produce, grilled meats and veggies, juicy tomatoes, summer berries, and poolside treats.
If you’re looking for dinner recipes to make this season, I’m sharing a few in this post that I’m planning on cooking up over the summer. These are all recipes from my favorite recipe bloggers.
Recipes I’m Making This Summer

Buffalo Zucchini Chicken Burgers by Ambitious Kitchen
If you’re looking for recipes to use up that garden zucchini that is piling up, check out this one. I’ve loved all the recipes I’ve made from Ambitious Kitchen (and I’ve made a lot!)

Greek Chicken Gyros by Damn Delicious
There is something about Greek food that feels so summery to me. Maybe it’s the fresh lemon or the grilled chicken. These chicken gyros with homemade tzatziki sauce look amazing.

Caprese Chicken Skillet by Skinnytaste
Is there anything more summery than the combination of basil, tomatoes and mozzarella. I can’t think of anything. I think this dish would be so good served up with some fresh local bread.

Caramelized Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa by Pinch of Yum
There is no season where tacos don’t feel right. The combination of the caramelized pork and fruit salsa sound so good. Definitely adding this one to my meal plan soon.

Chopped Greek Salad by Two Peas and Their Pod
Another Greek recipe! This vegetarian chopped salad looks so fresh and vibrant. You could add some chicken for more protein if you wish.

Lemon Chicken Skewers with Creamy Feta Sauce by Half Baked Harvest
Half Baked Harvests’ recipes always look amazing. The grilled chicken plus lemon and creamy sauce sound divine. I would serve this up with some rice mixed with cauliflower rice for me and some fluffy naan bread for the rest of the family.

Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas by How Sweet Eats
I love the hands-off nature of a sheet pan meal, especially in the summer when I’ve got to supervise the kids while they play outside. And who doesn’t love fajitas?

Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon and Rainbow Veggies by Cooking Classy
Another sheet pan meal! This one uses quick cooking salmon fillets and fresh summer vegetables. It looks so yummy and healthy, too!
