If you’re cutting back on alcohol for health reasons or just want to enjoy a festive cocktail without the alcohol, you must try this Christmas mocktail! It’s made with seasonal cranberry juice, lime, and some sparkling water for a fruity and fizzy holiday drink that won’t give you a hangover. This mocktail recipe is so simple to make and requires very few ingredients. I’ve been mixing it up on the weekends to enjoy at home before dinner.
All you’ll need is a cocktail shaker, some rocks glasses, and a few easy to find ingredients. I added a couple of garnishes, but those are just for looks and totally optional. The ingredients you will definitely need are cranberry juice (I prefer brands not made from concentrate for better flavor), one lime, simple syrup, and some sparkling water. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup. If you’re cranberry juice is more tart then sweet, you’ll probably want to add more.
I hope this mocktail puts you in the holiday spirit!
