Hopefully, I’ll find some new favorites. I’ll be sure to share my cooking adventures on my Instagram Stories if you’d like to follow along!
Dinner Recipes To Make This Fall
Best Vegetable Lasagna by Cookie and Kate
This recipe looks like a comforting vegetarian dish that will be perfect to bake up on a Sunday. Plus it’s healthy, too! Her recipe notes suggest changing up the veggies to suit the season which I may try to do.
White Chili Chicken Pie with Pumpkin Cornbread Crust by Ambitious Kitchen
Chili plus pumpkin cornbread?! This recipe is absolutely perfect for fall. Monique never lets me down with her healthy, delicious and seasonal recipes. I’ll probably leave out the jalapeño since my kids are spice wimps.
Chili Garlic Instant Pot Noodles by Pinch of Yum
I’m always looking for recipes that I can use my Instant Pot for, and this one looks so good. A big bowl of noodles is the ultimate comfort food dish which is what we are all looking for this fall.
Pot Roast Chicken by The Defined Dish
This is a new recipe by The Defined Dish, and I can’t wait to try it. I crave a traditional pot roast, but this chicken version looks so delicious.
Slow Cooker Red Wine Sunday Ragu Pasta by Half Baked Harvest
Doesn’t Half Baked Harvest have the best food photography? I can imagine myself sitting at this table slurping up those noodles and sipping that wine. I found this recipe from her fall recipe roundup post, and it is just one of MANY that I want to make this season.
Healthy Slow Cooker Turkey and White Bean Chili by Half Baked Harvest
Here is another recipe from Half Baked Harvest. I love a good, hearty beef chili, but sometimes it’s nice to switch it up with ground turkey for a change. You honestly really can’t taste the difference with all the bold chili spices mixed in. This recipe would be amazing served with some cornbread, and as always we put a little white vinegar in our chili (try it!)
Sweet Potato Chickpea Coconut Curry by Gimme Some Oven
I’ve been trying to add more vegetarian recipes in to my dinner plan recently. To me, curry is so good in the fall especially served over rice with some naan bread.
Vegetarian Enchiladas With Butternut Squash and Black Beans by Skinnytaste
You didn’t think I was going to post a recipe roundup without giving you any Mexican recipes, did you? If you don’t know, enchiladas are my favorite food, and I’m always trying new versions of them. This vegetarian version with butternut squash looks delicious for fall.
30 Minute Healthier Pasta Carbonara by Ambitious Kitchen
This traditional pasta dish is made a little healthier using turkey bacon and less cheese. Plus pasta is always a winner with my husband and kids.
