I love the idea of outfit uniforms which are basically outfit combinations that you can put together easily and without much thought. For fall, I have a few outfit combinations that I repeat, and in this post, I’m sharing my three fall date night outfit uniforms that you can use to create your date night looks.
Danny and I have been trying to go out on more dates now that the kids are a little older. It’s a lot easier to hand them off to the grandparents now that they are pretty independent and require very little advance planning for outings.
These three fall date night outfit uniforms are outfit formulas that I almost always wear when I’m heading out for date night. However, this slip skirt is a new purchase, and something I’ve been eyeing for several years. It’s elegant and timeless. I plan on wearing it for our anniversary date coming up next month.
For my date night outfits, I almost always wear these block heel pumps that are comfortable and easy to walk in. I also always grab my vintage clutch which was my grandmother’s, add some red lipstick, and throw on some simple gold jewelry.

I love the combination of a feminine slip skirt with an edgy leather jacket. This leather jacket was on my fall wishlist, and I finally made the investment after years pining for one. I recommend sizing up one for a looser fit. Also, I sized down to the XXS in this slip skirt, but it’s a bit of an exercise getting it over my bottom (lol) Once it’s on it fits perfectly, though.

The sleek look of a bodysuit paired with high waisted denim is perfect for date night. I particularly love the puff sleeves and square neckline of this bodysuit. This is a classy and classic date night look. I like having the blazer has a warmer outer layer that I can remove once we are inside the restaurant or venue. When purchasing a blazer, go for one that is slightly oversized for a more modern look.
