MONDAY

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken from The Recipe Critic
How good does this Asian inspired dish look? I’m a big fan of this sweet and savory combination. I’m planning on using chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs and serving it over rice with asparagus on the side.
TUESDAY

Ground Beef Tacos from How Sweet Eats
Taco Tuesday, anyone? I really could eat Mexican food everyday of my entire life. I’ve had a serious craving from some good ol’ ground beef tacos and this recipe has just enough fresh additions (fresh pico, pickled onions, avocado) to fancy it up a bit.
WEDNESDAY

Instant Pot Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs from Skinnytaste
Pasta with marinara sauce is always a hit with the family. This recipe makes it healthy by using whole wheat pasta and lean turkey all cooked in the Instant Pot.
THURSDAY

Honey Mustard Chicken from Two Peas and Their Pod
Maria’s recipes are a weekly staple in our house. I have her cookbook too which is full of delicious family friendly recipes. This recipe looks like the perfect summertime meal. We don’t have an outdoor grill (working on that!) so I’ll cook the chicken up on our grill pan. Based on the serving suggestions provided with the recipe, I’ll be serving this with a green salad and parmesan potato wedges.
FRIDAY

Chicken Pesto Pizza from Damn Delicious
I really love planning a pizza dinner on Fridays. Such a fun way to end the week! We sometimes plan a movie night with our pizza dinner which is an exciting treat for the kids.
