It’s time to start eating all our favorite fall comfort foods! For me, that means warming soups, creamy pasta dishes, and roasted meats and veggies. On this week’s menu, I’ve included some new recipes and some past favorites that I’ve made before.

MONDAY

Ultimate Game Day Nachos from The Defined Dish

This is our Monday night football meal! We have an early game at 4pm (it was rescheduled) so I’ll be putting out these nachos to snack on while we watch the game.

TUESDAY

Healthy Chicken Pot Pie Soup from Ambitious Kitchen

I’ve made a couple recipes from Ambitious Kitchen, and its quickly becoming a favorite. This take on chicken soup is made creamy with pureed cauliflower and potatoes. I’ll probably pick up a fresh loaf of bread to serve with this as well.

WEDNESDAY

Cilantro Lime Salmon from The Pioneer Woman

I’ve made this salmon recipe a few times before and I can vouch that its super yummy. I’ll be serving this up with some rice and asparagus.

THURSDAY

Brussels Sprouts and Parmesan Pasta from Gimme Some Oven

This vegetarian pasta dish sounds delicious, and I can’t resist any recipe that includes brussels sprouts. I also appreciate that it uses few ingredients and will be pretty quick to put together.

FRIDAY

Perfect Roast Chicken from Ina Garten

Have you made this recipe? Its a classic from one of my favorite chefs. I love you, Ina. This recipe for roast chicken is one of my favorites. I picked up some fingerling potatoes to roast alongside the chicken.
