The holiday season is here! Last year, I shared six holiday outfit ideas, (see those here and here!) and I had a blast putting those festive outfits together. I decided to do something similar this year. In this post, I’m sharing three holiday looks for 2023, and later this week, I’ll be sharing three more in a separate blog post. I already shared all these outfits on my Instagram and LTK shop. Check out those if you’d like to see these holiday looks in motion!
When it comes to holiday looks, I like to add a little sparkle, some texture with satin or velvet, as well as some festive accessories that pop. To make each look more ‘holiday’ inspired, I’ve painted my nails red and added a red lip. I use this nail polish and this lipstick along with the matching liner.
I’ll be sharing a few more dressy outfits and a few casual looks. I hope this gives you some inspiration for your holiday events this year.
Three Holiday Looks
Lace Top + Wide Leg Jeans + Black Pumps

For my first look, I opted for a casual but sexy look with black jeans and a sheer lace top. I think the look of a sheer top with a black bra underneath is sexy without being too revealing. It feels very Parisian to me! This top is an affordable find from Gap, something I think you could wear for date night any time of the year. It has 3/4 length puff sleeves and a beautiful lace pattern throughout.
My jeans are from Everlane and are the perfect wide leg full length jeans for petite girls. If you are taller than 5’4″ and looking for a full length jean, try this pair instead. Lastly, I added my go-to black block heel pumps, a beaded patterned shoulder bag, and a fun gold hair accessory.
I would wear this look to any get-togethers with friends or holiday date nights!

You can’t have a holiday look without a little sequins! For this second look, I added a cropped sequined top, black slip skirt, and strappy heels for a fun and dressy holiday look.
My top is from Banana Republic Factory and comes in black as well which would be super chic! This top could also be worn with jeans for a more casual look, and I also think it work great for NYE as well!
My skirt the Glide Skirt from Darling, and it so beautiful. It is a midi but fits more like a maxi on my 5’3″ frame. For shoes, I worn these strappy tan heels I picked up from Target last year, and for accessories, I’m wearing my pearl necklace and earrings from Sheena Marshall Jewelry.
I would wear this look to any work parties or events that require cocktail attire.

I love combining masculine and feminine pieces in the same outfit. For this third look, I paired a masculine button down with a satin mini skirt. I added some polka dot tights for a more fun holiday look and paired them with my black pumps and a patterned shoulder bag. This was the first holiday look I conjured up in my brain, and I’m excited how it came out.
This skirt is actually a skort from Abercrombie, but it sold out. I linked a few similar options above including the same skort in sequins.
