Besides neutrals, the only true color I wear often is olive green. It’s been a favorite hue of mine for years, mostly because it matches my eyes and compliments my skin tone. This year, olive green is more trendy than ever, and retailers have released so many styles in this color. In this olive green edit, I’ve rounded up all my favorite olive green pieces that have caught my eye, many of which I’m considering for my spring wardrobe and some that I already own.
The Olive Green Edit
- Buck Mason Surplus Rib Tank // When the weather warms up, I switch out my long sleeve tees for ribbed tanks and cotton t-shirts. This green tank would pair well with black trousers or wide leg jeans and a black blazer.
- Everlane Day Glove // Everlane always has a small collection of olive green pieces to shop. These modern ballet flats look so comfortable. All the shoes I own from Everlane are great quality, too.
- Mango Tailored Jacket with Turn-Down Sleeves // I’ve had an olive green blazer on my wishlist for awhile and have been eyeing this one from Mango since it was released a few weeks ago. I love the buttoned sleeves feature since I like to scrunch the sleeves of my blazer up to style it.
- Quince Cotton Cashmere Ribbed Long Sleeve Sweater // I just recently shared about these newly released tops from Quince that are really similar to the Ada top from Dissh but at less than half the price. See me wearing it here. They run small; I recommend sizing up if you’re busty or are in between sizes.
- Anthropologie Collette Cropped Wide Leg Pants by Mauve // I’ve been shopping around for a pair of green pants for spring, and this pair caught my eye. Even though full length styles are more trendy right now, I will always love a cropped wide leg pant. These come in standard, tall, petite, and plus sizes.
- Gap Bandeau Bikini Top and High Rise Bikini Bottoms // I am really into the look of the strapless bandeau style swimsuit tops (they also prevent excess tan lines!) I also love these bikini bottoms which have a high rise (a must for me) and good coverage as well.
- Everlane Utility Barrel Pant // Here is another pair of green pants I’m thinking about. These have a barrel style leg (wide on top and tapered toward the ankle) which I think looks cool and modern. I would probably have to have these hemmed, however.
- H&M Textured Knit Cardigan // This new arrival from H&M is a cool version of the lady jacket styles you’ve been seeing everywhere. This would be a good way to try the trend without investing too much money.
- Madewell Taye Mule // I own these kitten heel mules from Madewell and love them. I can’t wait till the weather warms up, and I can wear them more often. They are pretty comfortable (I’ve walked miles in them without issue) and fit true to size.
- Everlane Cotton Long Trench Coat // A green trench coat is on my spring wishlist (I’ll be sharing this year’s list next week!) This one from Everlane is pricey, but I know the quality will be excellent. I would style this with black denim or black trousers.
- Everlane Ribbed Tank Dress // I first shared this dress in my warm weather vacation finds post, and I’m still eyeing it for spring. It would be such an easy and mom-friendly dress that could be layered with a cardigan or denim jacket.
- Quince Cotton Cashmere Ribbed Long Sleeve Crew Midi Dress // A dress version of the sweater I mentioned above. It looks really similar to the Dissh Ada Dress but with a more practical sleeve length, a more petite friendly hemline, and costs less than half the price.
- Gap 365 High Rise Pleated Trousers // Olive green trousers? Yes, please! These are super affordable and come in petite, tall, and regular lengths. I would style these with my black high top Converse just like the model.
- Adidas Samba Shoes // I also own these olive green Sambas and love them. They are comfortable right out of the box and give any outfit such a cool vibe. They run slightly big, but I have my true size.
- Abby Alley Sling Bag // Abby makes my all time favorite bags. They are so practical for my mom-on-the-go life, and they lay just right across the body. I want one in every color.
