Thanksgiving Outfit Idea: Embroidered Blouse + Ankle Boots

I have some new Sézane pieces to share with you today. You may know that Sézane is one of my favorite places to shop, and I’m so happy to partner with them to share some of these pieces. This outfit would be so good for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving or any fall events you have on the calendar.

I saw this blouse in a reel on Sézane’s Instagram feed and immediately ordered it. The Philoe Blouse has a beautiful embroidered motif, and the detail is just stunning. The color is a warm ecru which I think is the perfect fall and winter shade of white.

The Philoe Blouse has fabric covered buttons on the cuffs and on the back button closure which is an elegant detail. Sézane pieces are known for these little details!

This top isn’t lined, but I felt comfortable wearing it with just a nude bra underneath. If you want to, you could wear a nude cami underneath for more coverage. The Philoe Blouse also comes in black as well.

For bottoms, I chose my favorite pair of high waisted wide leg jeans from Everlane. I took my smaller size and the longer inseam for this pair of denim. If you are tall, these won’t fit full length on you. Try this pair from Reformation for a similar fit that works better for tall girls.

I also wanted to highlight the Axelle Ankle Boots also from Sézane. These are a total look, and I’m so into it! They are a polished leather that has a glossy finish. The camel has a reddish tint and is giving retro vibes. These boots have a little bit of a heel as well which I love as a shortie!

To finish off this look, I added some chunky earrings, some layered necklaces, a hair clip, and a matching crossbody bag. This is one of my favorite fall outfits I’ve ever worn!

You could also wear this work for holiday events as well. Try trading out the jeans for faux leather pants and pumps. Or you could even wear this with a mini skirt and knee high boots!
