Though I wear white denim year round, I do enjoy wearing it most in the spring. Last year, I shared six spring outfits with white denim, and I’d still wear every single one of those outfits this year as well. But today, I’m showing you seven more ways to style white denim for spring.
I’ve been really into tonal dressing this year so I incorporated a few of those types of looks. I also included some casual looks with sneakers and a few date night looks with heels.
When choosing white denim, I recommend finding a pair that is a heavier weight so that it isn’t see through. I also prefer a straight leg or mom jean style for my white denim rather than skinny jeans. White denim tends to highlight every bump, and I just feel more comfortable with a looser fitting jean when wearing it. But as always, wear what you like!
I love this white denim from Everlane, but it appears that most sizes are sold out right now. I would try this white denim from Madewell if you’re looking for a new pair. I don’t own this exact one, but I do own several pairs in this same style and highly recommend them.
Seven Ways to Style White Denim For Spring
LOOK ONE: With a sweater tank and sandals

Sweater Tank (limited sizing; similar, similar) // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Sandals // Bag
A sweater tank is a great way to add texture when the weather gets warmer. I paired my white denim and sweater tank with these affordable braided sandals from Target and my favorite woven tote bag for a cool spring/summer outfit.
LOOK TWO: With a white tank, trench coat, and white sneakers

White Tank // Trench Coat // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // White Sneakers
This is one of the tonal looks I was speaking of earlier. If you’ve been following along, you know that I love pairing my trench coat with white sneakers for a casual but elevated look. This exact white tank has ruffles on the sleeves which I adore, but you could obviously wear any basic white tank or tee you have.
LOOK THREE: With a graphic tee, denim jacket, and high-top sneakers

Graphic Tee // Denim Jacket (runs slightly small) // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Converse // Belt Bag (olive color sold out)
I’ve been having fun thinking of fun looks to create with my new high-top Converse. They definitely add a street-style element to my more classic style. I love the contrast of the black tee and black sneakers with the white denim.
LOOK FOUR

Puff Sleeve Top // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Heeled Sandals (code: ASHLEYR15) // Clutch (code: ASHLEYR15)
This look is more dressy and would be great for date night or a nice daytime event like a brunch or shower. Check out this post for more spring date night tops.
LOOK FIVE: With a button front cardigan and mules

Cardigan // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Mules (old from Madewell; similar) // Bag (code: ASHLEYR15)
This super affordable cardigan from H&M is sold out in this exact color, but there are a few other colorways still available. You could wear it unbuttoned, but I definitely prefer it button up and tucked into high waisted pants.
LOOK SIX: With a black bodysuit and pumps

Bodysuit (old from Everlane; similar) // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Black Pumps // Bag (old; similar)
Here is a second date night outfit for you – this time with a sexy black bodysuit and some block heel pumps. This exact bodysuit has an open back and is an older one from Everlane, but I linked their current version above.
LOOK SEVEN: With a white blouse and oxfords (or loafers)

White Blouse (limited sizing; similar) // White Denim (limited sizing; similar) // Oxfords // Straw Bag
This last one may be my favorite. A cute blouse with white denim is really feminine and perfect for spring, but I also love how the oxfords add a cool structured element to this look. The straw bag adds some texture, too. This exact blouse sold out so fast, but I linked a similar option for you.
