Welcome to the Weekly Edit! In this weekly blog post, I share a life update and my daily outfits, plus links from the week.
It was definitely a week over here at the Rohr house. I feel a little disjointed for some reason. My Crohn’s disease has been flaring up a bit, and my energy has been low. Not sure what is going on since I haven’t really changed anything recently. I decided to join the Gut Guide which is a two week gut health program put on by Emily Cox Wellness and City Shape (the fitness platform I use for my workouts). I’m hoping to reset things a little bit.
I talked about this on Instagram, but Ellie had her kindergarten round-up this week, and then I took her out afterwards to dinner for some one-on-one time. She was incredibly excited to meet her teachers and see the inside of her school. I was feeling pretty sentimental about this new stage of her life, but it has been so fun to see her excitement.
I also received my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday! As of writing this blog post, I have yet to experience any systemic effects from the vaccine, but I’m planning for a low-key day on Saturday just in case.

I can relate to this article about motherhood. We need to give ourselves more grace when it comes to parenting.
I feel like there aren’t many good new shows to watch lately, but we watched this show this week about the biggest art heist in history, and it was pretty entertaining.
I finished the third book in Elin Hilderbrand’s Winter Street series, Winter Storms. These books have been good fast reads for me – entertaining, but not too emotionally taxing, if you know what I mean.
We recently signed up for a year long subscription to Kiwi Crate for our kids. The projects are very engaging, and the kids love doing them.
I had been waiting for Target to come out with a padded sandal this year, and I spotted these in store this week. I grabbed them immediately!
That’s all for this week! Have a wonderful weekend.
