I know many of you are still working from home (or have transitioned to working remote indefinitely.) If you’re doing Zoom meetings or work calls, you know that you only have to be presentable from the waist up, hence the rise in popularity of leggings, joggers, and sweatpants. I’m on board with this one hundred percent. For this post, I wanted to give you some work from home outfits with leggings that are polished yet comfortable and also still acceptable for leaving the house to grab coffee or lunch or even to go for a walk.
I’ve gone on and on about these leggings, but if you’re new here, I’ll give you the details. These leggings are a 7/8 length which makes them perfect for petites. The material is thick and sturdy with a medium compression. I’ve worn mine about 50 times and they still look great with no pilling.
For these outfit ideas, you could also switch out the leggings for a nice pair of joggers or sweatpants. These are my favorite petite-friendly joggers.
Four Work From Home Outfits With Leggings
LOOK ONE: Cardigan + Tee + Leggings + Mules

Cardigan (size down) // Tee // Leggings // Mules (old from Madewell; similar) // Bag (use code ASHLEYR15 for 15% off)
This alpaca cardigan from Everlane is so cozy for working from home. It’s also not itchy at all, and I’m highly sensitive to natural fabrics. These white mules are my favorite spring shoe. I definitely favor footwear that doesn’t require socks, shoe laces, or even bending over to put on. These are perfect for working from home because you can slip them on and off with ease. These exact ones are sold out, but I’m linking a very similar option from another favorite brand. These white lug-sole loafers would also give you the same vibe.
LOOK TWO: Striped Sweater + Leggings + Camel Coat + Shearling Mules

Striped Sweater // Leggings // Camel Coat // Mules // Bag
This outfit definitely looks polished and put together but also very cozy and comfortable. Note that I originally bought this striped sweater in the regular but had to exchange it for the petite because the sleeves were way too long. I’m also wearing the petite in the camel coat.
LOOK THREE: Oversized Sweater + Leggings + Sneakers

Oversized Sweater // Leggings // White Sneakers // Sunglasses // Bag (old from Everlane; similar)
An oversized sweater and leggings is an easy work from home outfit that keeps your bootie covered for outings. The slim white sneakers keeps the look polished and classy.
LOOK FOUR: White Button Down + Leggings + Trench Coat + Loafers

I love the look of an oversized white button down and leggings. This one is from Parallel51 and is made from organic cotton making it light and airy. It fits pretty oversized; I’m wearing the XS. The trench coat is my favorite spring outerwear piece, and you’re going to be seeing me wear it a ton in the coming months.
