Welcome to The Weekly Edit! In this weekly series, I share my daily outfits and other things I’m enjoying this week, like books, articles, podcasts, sale finds, instagram accounts, and recipes.
Happy weekend all! I’m not going to lie, this week has been rough. The weather here is deathly cold, and we aren’t able to go outside at all. It really makes the days drraaaggg on. Plus, the kids get antsy and stir crazy when they are cooped up inside for long periods of time. It’s been a doozy. The weekend looks to be more of the same. I’ve been doing some online shopping for my Spring wardrobe to pass the time. I’m really looking forward to warmer weather and longer days.
This Sunday is Valentine’s Day! I’m planning on making some special pancakes for my kids in the morning. Danny and I will celebrate after the kids go to bed with some steaks and a movie. Should be fun!

Here’s a list of recipes for Valentine’s Day if you need some ideas.
We watched the Framing Britney Spears this week. If you haven’t heard it is a documentary (part of a series) by the NY Times that delves in to the fairness of Britney’s conservatorship that she’s been under for the past decade.
We also started Firefly Lane on Netflix. I loved the book version which is written by my favorite author Kristin Hannah. She wrote The Nightingale which is an amazing historical fiction novel.
I really enjoyed this list of one minute habits that will change your life.
Other posts you may have missed this week. I shared two ways to style a shacket, one for now and one for Spring, a healthy Valentine’s Day snack board, and three new beauty products I’m loving this month.
We made this sheet pan recipe this week, and it was so good. The sauce is sweet and sticky. Yum!
That’s all I have for you! Have a great weekend and happy Valentine’s Day!
