It’s finally shorts season! In this post, I’m sharing six summer outfits with white shorts. They are one of my go-to pairs for spring and summer. I like how white shorts make an outfit look a bit more elevated than just regular blue denim.
I purchased these white Agolde denim shorts in the dead of winter when they were on sale. These are the Dee shorts, and they are almost sold out, but the Agolde Parker Long Shorts are really similar and get great reviews. I’ve also heard great things about these denim shorts from Abercrombie if you’re looking for a more affordable option. These outfits would also work with non-denim white shorts as well. I have an older pair of white twill shorts from Everlane that I plan on wearing this summer, too. This is a similar pair.
Outfits With White Shorts
LOOK ONE: Paired with a black tank, blazer, and strappy sandals

If you’ve been here long, you know I love blazers. They definitely take a summer outfit up a notch. This would work for a summer date night outfit. This top is very cropped, but it works well with high waisted bottoms. These sandals are becoming a new favorite for me. They are from Target, and obviously very affordable.
LOOK TWO: With a striped tee, sandals, and a tote bag

I don’t wear many patterns, but stripes…stripes I like. They are very Parisian, and I’m always striving for that effortless French girl aesthetic. This would be a perfect look for a trip to the farmer’s market or even just a day at the park.

Here is another dressier look with a feminine top and heels. This top is a new purchase from Sézane, and I’m now officially obsessed with the brand. I also like how this outfit is monochromatic which makes for a chic look, but obviously any feminine top will do.

I just love the added texture of a knit like a sweater tank to add interest to my warm weather outfits. This denim jacket is there for those cool evenings on the patio. Don’t you just love summer.
LOOK FIVE: With an oversized tee, white sneakers, and a belt bag

This is my mom outfit! Nothing beats a soft tee and comfy sneakers for a day with the kids. A few things I like about this outfit. First, the belt bag keeps my hands free for all the things moms need to do. Second, I know that chunky dad sneakers are trendy right now, but I will always go for a more flattering slim white sneaker. And third, you could obviously wear any tee, but I really like this warm brown color paired with these white shorts.
LOOK SIX: With a ribbed tank, sandals, and a sweater worn over the shoulders

This sweater worn over the shoulders look gives me total coastal grandmother vibes, and I am so on board with this trend. I’ve also been loving this straw crossbody bag that I purchased a few weeks ago from Madewell. It has a long strap so you can wear it as a crossbody bag as well.
