Eleven Everyday Casual Chic Fall Outfits

I’m rounding up some recent outfits I’ve been wearing so far this fall. These everyday casual chic fall outfits were some of my favorites from the past few weeks. It is starting to get quite chilly here in Seattle so I’ve happily broken out my wool blend coats and heavier jackets. You’ll also find a variety of jean styles here from slim cut, to straight, to barrel and full length styles. I hope this post gives you some fall outfit inspiration.

Everyday Casual Chic Outfits For Fall

Lady Jacket + Wool Coat + Jeans + Ballet Flats

I wore this outfit to work at the coffee shop for a few hours. This look feels very Parisian chic, and I loved it. To put together this look, I combined my J.Crew lady jacket with a black oversized coat, my favorite straight leg jeans, and some woven ballet flats. I added my favorite laptop friendly bag from Sézane and some black sunglasses.

Striped Top + Sweater Coat + Jeans + Ankle Boots

Lately I’ve been very into browns and tans and combining those shades. This outfit combines a classic striped top from Sézane, a chocolate brown sweater coat, and chocolate brown ankle boots. I added this caramel suede sling bag to add texture, too.

Silk Top + Barn Jacket + Jeans + Ankle Boots

Barn jackets are very trendy this year, and I prefer to dress them up a little with heeled ankle boots. It’s a little bit western but also chic and unexpected. This barn jacket from Everlane is one of my favorite fall finds. I added a white silk top, classic straight leg Levi’s, and suede boots.

Turtleneck + Half Zip Sweater + Jeans + Chelsea Boots

I wore this look to the pumpkin patch! It kept me very warm and cozy (I also wore a rain jacket.) I layered a slim fitting gray turtleneck under this soft Merino wool half-zip sweater and paired them with some slim cut jeans and my favorite all-weather boots.

Denim Shirt + Black Coat + Barrel Jeans + Ballet Flats

I LOVED this look. It felt very me with elements of classic and trendy styles. I always think denim and black is a cool color combination, too. For this outfit, I combined a denim shirt (this one is from Sézane), my favorite pair of barrel jeans, a chic wool coat, and classic black Mary Jane ballet flats.

Silk Top + Blazer + Crop Flare Jeans + Loafers

This outfit was inspired by classic Parisian style. I knew I wanted to wear these sleek black loafers that I received from Larroudé (I almost always pick one item I want to wear and build my outfit from that.) I added an elegant black silk button down top from Quince, a relaxed fit blazer from Everlane, and a pair of crop flare jeans from Frank & Eileen.

Black Tee + Barn Jacket + Jeans + Combat Boots

Here is another way I styled my green barn jacket – with a black tee, dark wash jeans, and combat boots. This outfit felt cool and casual.

Red Cardigan + Jeans + Ankle Boots + Wool Coat

I would wear this outfit everyday. It’s chic and feminine, and I always feel so sophisticated in it. This outfit combines a Sézane cardigan (this one is the Barry cardigan) in this fun red color with a pair of cropped jeans, heeled ankle boots, and an oversized coat.

Cable Knit Sweater + Barn Jacket + Jeans + Chelsea Boots

Cable knit sweaters feel very 90s romcom, and I love it. This one is such a beautiful knit from Sézane. I love the cropped, easy fit. I paired it with my barn jacket, some slim cut jeans, and a pair of all-weather boots from Nisolo (go up a half size in these!)

Cream Sweater + Jeans + Sambas + Sling Bag

I wore this look recently for a casual Saturday. It’s a perfect mom-on-the-go outfit. Add a raincoat, denim jacket, or wool coat depending on your weather. This sweater is one of my favorite affordable finds and has the perfect relaxed fit. I paired it with some straight leg jeans, some comfy sneakers, and a sling bag.

Flannel + Full Length Jeans + Ankle Boots

This outfit might be my favorite looks of the bunch. I’m normally not into flannels, but Sézane can make anything look chic. I paired it with some full length jeans (I’ve been wearing these a ton!) and heeled ankle boots for a casual chic look.
