Early Spring Wardrobe Finds

I love the start of a new season. I’m looking forward to putting this winter behind us and stepping into spring with warmer temperatures and more time outside. I’ve also been doing a little shopping and getting ready for this new season. In this post I’m sharing some early spring wardrobe finds that I’ve purchased or have my eye on.

At the transition to a new season, I like to take a look at my wardrobe and add some new pieces that can fill in some gaps or replace items that have worn out or have stains. For my spring wardrobe, I’m looking to add in some lighter colors, some pretty prints, and a few more feminine pieces. This button front cardigan sweater pictured here is one of my new finds. I love the taupe color and the tortoise shell buttons.

I’m also shopping for some warm weather items that I can bring along on our spring break trip coming up in a couple weeks. I plan on doing a post next week with the specific items I’m packing for our trip. I’m so ready to get out of town for a week with the family!

Early Spring Finds

one // This ABLE striped tee is a capsule wardrobe staple. I love the boxy fit and cropped length.
two // I’ve been looking for a graphic sweatshirt to add to my capsule wardrobe, and this gray H&M graphic sweatshirt is a super affordable option. It will look so cute with jeans, leggings, joggers, or even denim shorts when the weather warms up.
three // I just ordered this Madewell MDW Drawstring Jumpsuit as a comfy travel outfit for our upcoming trip.
four // I’ve been looking for a black loafer or mule option for spring and found these that are a great dupe for the Gucci ones.
five // I shared this Madewell mini dress yesterday on the blog, and I just LOVE it. The print is so beautiful.
six // I also ordered these Madewell Cover-Up Track Trousers for our trip. They can be worn as a swimsuit cover up, but also just for everyday wear (they aren’t see through at all.) I sized down to the XXS.
seven // After many years of lusting after these, I finally ordered a pair of Agolde jeans. These are the 90’s Pinch Waist Denim, and they fit SO good. I sized down one because they do stretch out.
eight // I’ve been searching for a blazer to add to my spring wardrobe, and I just found this one from Madewell.
nine // This set from the Free Assembly line at Walmart is so good (and sustainably-made!). The white is a bit see-though so you need to wear nude undergarments with them, FYI.
ten // This affordable puff sleeve midi dress caught my eye, and I scooped it up for our vacation.
eleven // This white blouse from Old Navy is adorable. It will look so cute with distressed denim.
twelve // This Madewell cropped sweater tank is perfect for high waisted denim and pants. It fits true to size.
thirteen // I featured this Target striped blouse on my Instagram feed this week. It’s adorable for spring.
fourteen // I ordered these heeled sandals from ABLE when they had a big sale awhile back. I’ll definitely be packing them for our trip.
fifteen // This is the cardigan that is featured in this post. It’s so good! It will probably sell out fast, though.
sixteen // Danny and I are heading out for a date night for my birthday this week, and I wanted a cute top to wear. It’s got all my favorite details – puff sleeves, a square neckline, and smocked design on the back.
