Happy weekend, friends! This week felt like summer in KC, and it was glorious. We spent hours and hours outside everyday, and it made my heart so happy. On Thursday, I took the kids for a little outing. We stopped by Heirloom Bakery for some coffee for me and pastries for the kids. Then we headed to Loose Park for a picnic and playtime. It’s so nice to change up your routine and explore different areas of your city. Highly recommend it!
I’ve been cooking recipes from The Gut Guide this week as we finish up Week 2 of this gut health reset. I’m feeling much better! I believe all the recipes I’ve been cooking are available are our nutritionist’s website. Emily is a wealth of knowledge related to gut and hormonal health. Check her out!

I randomly grabbed one of these Olipop Sodas at the store this week, and I can officially say I’m hooked. It’s a flavored tonic with prebiotics in it. I picked up another 2 when I had to make a quick grocery run later in the week. So far, I’ve tried the root beer and the strawberry vanilla, and they were so good.
The Handmaid’s Tale is back! Finally some good television to watch! We’ve made it through the all three episodes this week, and I’ll just say they were intense.
How cute is this Mama Tee from Alice and Wonder. This is a collaboration between Jess Keys, a lifestyle blogger I follow, and Alice and Wonder, a clothing boutique in Chicago (although they ship nationwide). There is also a sweatshirt version, but it is selling out fast.
I just ordered this adorable white dress from Target. Love the big puff sleeves!
You know I’m slightly obsessed with Ambitious Kitchen, and they just shared this recipe for Tandoori Chicken with Spiced Coconut Rice. Adding it to my menu this week!
I just ordered these $15 sunglasses from Amazon after seeing Cella Jane recommend them. I lost my other tortoise shell sunglasses this winter while sledding.
