One simple change to improve sustainability.. I just heard about these Swedish dishcloths, and I’m very intrigued.

Have you watched Bridgerton yet on Netflix? We just finished this week, and I highly recommend it!

A list of great Netflix shows to watch to fight the winter blues. We just started Virgin River!

I just signed up for this antiracism newsletter by Nicole Cardoza. The newsletter includes current events and actionable items we all can take to stop racism.

If you’ve seen my Instagram stories, you know that I’m obsessed with Lillie Eats and Tells recipes. Her new cookbook came out in November, and we are loving all the yummy and healthy recipes.

Five actionable ways to fight for social justice. This is where I learned of the antiracism newsletter I mentioned above.

The connection between strength training and better sleep. I know I sleep so much better when I’ve been exercising consistently.

I loved this blog post about how to style black joggers by one of my favorite style bloggers.

I started listening to this podcast every morning while I’m getting ready for the day. It helps me to stay informed about current events.

I preordered this sweater from J. Crew. As I mentioned in my last post, one of my goals for the year is to invest in higher quality pieces. I know this classic cream sweater will be in style for years and years.

I finished this book about habits this week. It has some great practical tips about how to form consistent habits.

If you’re looking for a light fun read, I suggest checking out the American Royals series. I just finished the second book titled Majesty. Great read for any romance novel fans.

Six things to stop doing in 2021.

I just recently starting following this instagram account and it’s been so informative. She is a government teacher and shares nonpartisan information about the procedures and policies of our government.

For all you KC locals, Kansas City restaurant week started yesterday, January 8th!

This black puff sleeve shirt that I own is on major sale right now. It fits true to size.

Have a great weekend!
