Today I’m sharing three new affordable beauty items that I’ve been loving lately. I’ve shared two other beauty finds posts here and here if you’re interested in checking out some other beauty and skincare products I recommend. As always, all the items I’m sharing here today are budget friendly (all of them are under $11 apiece!). I’m sharing two skincare items (a sheet mask and facial toner) and one make-up item.
Check out the three new items below! If you have any recommendations of affordable beauty or skincare products, share them in the comments!
Pixi by Petra Glow Glycolic Boost Brightening Face Mask
I love a good face mask, and I’m always trying new affordable ones. This one comes in a three pack for $10 from Target. I’m a big fan of glycolic acid and use it regularly in my skincare routine. It brightens and exfoliates skin for a radiant glow. This mask also includes collagen for ‘plumping’ mature skin which is something I look for in my masks.
Thayer’s Facial Toner
I picked up this product after seeing Lily Collin’s (from Emily in Paris) use it as part of her skincare prep. To be honest, I wasn’t sure I actually needed a toner (one more step, ugh!). However, after using it once, I was convinced. After I cleanse my face in the morning, I apply this toner to a cotton pad, and it wipes away all the leftover grime and makeup that the cleanser didn’t get. I was shocked how much makeup was leftover after cleansing. My face feels squeaky clean and ready for the rest of my morning skincare (vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, and SPF).
Maybelline City Mini Palette
I haven’t bought a new eye shadow palette in several years, and I had been wanting a new one with some copper tones. I spotted this palette at Target (of course, right?), and I’m really into the different shades. This specific palette is called ‘Brooklyn Nudes.’ The copper tones give off a glowy summer vibe, and I am looking forward to experimenting with these colors as the weather warms up.
