Although a barn jacket/work jacket/canvas jacket comes across as casual, I really love wearing it with my dressier clothes like a button down shirt or a white poplin skirt. We are starting off with a casual outfit with a hoodie, jeans, and sneakers. This easy, comfortable, and warm outfit for fall is perfect for a laid back fall weekend. I love the way the hoodie pokes out of the top of the jacket.

You know what this look would be perfect for? Getting our Christmas tree! But I’m getting ahead of myself, lol. As a 90s romcom aficionado, I’m all about the cable knits this fall, and I think it pairs so well with a barn jacket. This is one of my favorite looks, and I’ll definitely be wearing it the minute the weather allows it.
