In this post, I’m sharing six winter capsule wardrobe outfits, but first, a little recap from the weekend.
Kansas City got a few inches of snow on Saturday, and the kids have been enjoying it so much. It’s our first real snow of the season, and it’s been a long time coming. Ellie also started a ballet class this weekend, and it’s just the cutest thing ever to see her in a leotard, tights, and ballet shoes.
As we move through January, I’m getting nervous about school cancellations. We have been notified by our school district to ‘prepare’ for them, and many other school districts here have had to close for a few days. I’m really grateful that I have the flexibility to be able to stay home with my kids when things like this happen, but I feel for those who are struggling to come up with childcare options. Let’s hope this surge is over soon!
