I think these pants are such a good workwear option as they are so comfortable but can be dressed up or dressed down to suit the occasion. Plus they have an elastic waistband. Need I say more?
For sizing, I ended up sizing down for length since I have short legs. They still fit in the waist as the elastic makes these pretty forgiving. If you’re not short, I would probably stay true to size. I always get nervous about ordering pants that aren’t petite sized so I usually try my smaller size first.

To match the relaxed vibe of the pants, I kept my button down untucked, but you can do a full tuck or a half tuck if you prefer. I’m wearing my current favorite button down from Darling, but you can wear any button down you have. I like this one from Everlane that has a more classic but relaxed fit and this one from Sézane that has an oversized fit.

For a casual but chic look that would work for home or the office, you can pair these pants with a more fitted sweater. You know I sing the praises of the Sézane Gaspard Sweater that is Parisian style at it’s finest, but you could wear any sweater with a similar fit. I love how these pants fit with more casual outfits, too. Here I just layered an oversized denim jacket over a white tee and added some sneakers. I recently rediscovered these sneakers in my closet and have been loving them, but I linked some similar options above since they have limited sizes available.
