One of my favorite purchases for fall is this denim maxi skirt from Madewell. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a maxi skirt so I’ve been brainstorming outfit ideas using inspiration from Pinterest. I’ve come up with six ways to style this maxi skirt for fall from date night to the office to casual daytime.

I do have a note on the sizing of this denim maxi skirt. It is meant to be a mid-rise, but I prefer a higher rise since I have very short legs. I sized down 2 sizes so the skirt would fit higher on my waist. If you are taller or prefer a midrise, I would size down one or stay true to size depending on your body type. For reference, I’m wearing the 23.
