Let’s get to celebrating, shall we? I feel like this is the season to really savor and enjoy time with family and friends. You’re going to need a delicious fall cocktail recipe to toast the occasion, and I have one for you today.

I can’t take credit for this recipe which came to me from a coworker of my husband, Danny. She called it The Fair Pear, and it’s got everything I like about a cocktail – not too sweet, a little bite, and enough liquor to taste.

a bottle of ginger beer, a bottle of rum, a bottle of bitters, and a cutting board with a cut pear, sprig of rosemary and sliced lime

This fall inspired cocktail combines fall flavors of rosemary and pear with rum, ginger beer, and bitters to make a little spicy, slightly sweet, and warming fall drink It’s a good one! For extra pear flavor, halve the rum and add pear brandy.

Serve this at your next Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving celebration – we will be! Serve alongside this fall inspired charcuterie board.
